Self Care Edition

I thought it would be fun to share some of the things that make me happy and make my life easier so for this post, I’ll be sharing things I consider to be self-care items. Self care means something different to everyone and the items below are currently some of my favorites. I hope you enjoy checking them out ☕️

• This tumbler cup puts Stanley to shame- there, I said it. It has a locking top and does NOT leak! I can’t tell you how many times my Stanley fell over in my work bag and got water everywhere! Not anymore. 🥤

• I know Kindles are super popular, but I decided to go with this e-paper device and I love it! I can have all my reading apps on it, and the size is small enough for me to hold it with one hand while I’m reading. It fits perfectly in my purse and I take it everywhere with me.📚

• I’ve been listening to this podcast on the way to and from work- It’s always so funny and I always learn something new.🎧

• My friend Sarah designed and produced this candle and it smells heavenly. Even better is that 10% of retail sales go towards clean water in El Salvador. Oooh, it’s also a clean burn made with a soy and coconut base and 100% essential oils!🕯️

• I recently bought this poetry journal to get me back into the habit of writing and so far I’m loving it! 📔

• Whoever says putting on a new lip gloss doesn’t make you feel better when you’re having a crap day hasn’t tried it. This one is my favorite- and it’s clean beauty too.👄

• I have a love/hate relationship with working out (actually I mostly just hate it…lol) but this program is doable- it’s a 30 minute HIIT workout with a certified coach/personal trainer and I’m never sorry I’ve done it. 💪
